Overview

What ZappyZing is.

ZappyZing is a branded player, CMS and app management platform for hotel TV software, lawful OTT operators, resellers and personal app access. It gives customers a cleaner web player, Android TV app direction, Windows app direction, CMS admin area, pricing model and support path.

ZappyZing is software only. ZappyZing does not sell, host, proxy, scrape or provide channels, films, box sets or streams. Customers and operators must use their own licensed, approved sources.

Player

How the web player should work.

    Open /player69 and enter the private PIN or provider/login details requested by the player.
  2. 2
    Use the left navigation for Live TV, Movies, Box Sets, Catch Up and TV Guide. The center panel should populate from the first active bouquet or selected bouquet.
  3. 3
    Use bouquet quick access for all bouquets, favorites and saved bouquet shortcuts. Global search should filter titles, channels and groups from the first character.
  4. 4
    When a channel or movie fails, logs should capture playback health so daily analysis can separate provider issues, browser codec issues and player UI issues.

CMS

CMS admin and management areas.

The CMS route is the management surface for app downloads, web player access, Android/Windows app links, reseller/customer workflows, rooms, software settings and support. Public pages should link to the CMS where useful, but private operations should stay behind the correct login or PIN-gated flow.

Hotel deployments are built around room count, room groups, guest-facing brand screens, live TV/guide views, digital concierge information, offers, room service/POS direction and a CMS-managed update path.

Small hotel

Free up to 5 rooms, then base monthly plan from 10 rooms.

Mid-size hotel

30 and 80 room tiers support larger guest-screen rollouts.

Multi-site

Larger hotels and multi-site operators should contact sales for scoped deployment.

OTT and resellers

Operator and reseller reference.

OTT/reseller use is for lawful operators who bring licensed sources and need a branded player, concurrent-device pricing, customer path, CMS/admin direction and a cleaner front door for app users.

Concurrent devices

Free up to 3 concurrent devices, then monthly tiers for 20, 99 and 999 devices, plus annual unlimited.

ZappyZing provides player, app, CMS and management software. It does not provide content. Customers must own or control the rights for every source they configure. Verified rights-owner notices can lead to suspension, access removal or repeat-infringer termination.

What to check before raising support.

    Confirm whether the issue is Live TV, Movie, Box Set, TV Guide, CMS login, Android app, Windows app or billing.

    For player issues, note the exact bouquet, channel/title, browser, device, and whether other channels from the same provider work.
  3. 3
    For CMS issues, include the route, account email, reseller/customer context and screenshot of the error.

    For content/legal issues, use the content policy route and provide rights-owner details and exact URLs or identifiers.
